It easily changes from a four-wheel scooter for beginners into a three-wheel, and then into a two-wheel scooter for more advanced riders.  This patented design allows the changes to be made quickly as there are no tools required and no loose parts after changing it into the various modes.  The scooter also easily collapses for ease of transport.
